These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hvaji and apply to all players in Bangladesh. By registering or using this platform you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the "Player") and hvaji (the "Platform") and govern all use of the services, games, and features available at hvaji.org. Age Requirement — 21+
All players must be 21 years of age or older to register and use hvaji. Age verification may be required at any stage. Players who provide false age information will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. If you have difficulty accessing your existing account, contact support rather than creating a new one.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. hvaji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses, including the welcome bonus on first deposit, are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and bonus expiry dates are stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hvaji will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or any external channel. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via the support contact details on this site.
Fair Play and Integrity
All games on hvaji use verified RNG systems to ensure fair outcomes. Any form of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
1. Player Eligibility
1.1 Age Restriction
The hvaji platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet this age requirement before registering. hvaji reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to close accounts where verification cannot be satisfied. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to be held by a person under 21 will be forfeited in full.

1.3 Registration Accuracy
All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2. Account Management
2.1 Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. hvaji will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.
2.2 Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting hvaji support using the contact details available on this site. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
2.3 Suspension and Termination by hvaji
hvaji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, hvaji may withhold all account balances pending investigation.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hvaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods are subject to their own terms and conditions set by the respective payment provider. hvaji reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided to players via the platform.
3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed within the relevant section of your account. hvaji may apply transaction limits based on account history, verification status, or platform risk controls. Players will be notified of applicable limits before completing a transaction.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. hvaji aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements. hvaji is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the hvaji welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account automatically on the first eligible deposit. The specific bonus amount, percentage, and wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus are stated in the current promotion terms displayed on the platform at the time of registration.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements — contribution rates by game type are published on the platform.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
hvaji monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, hvaji reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the account.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on hvaji are subject to the platform's acceptance. hvaji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after the commencement of an event, bets that appear to have been placed using information not available to the general public, or bets that exceed published maximum stake limits for the relevant market.
5.2 Cancellation and Void Bets
hvaji may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned, a technical error affecting odds or settlement, or clear evidence that the odds displayed were erroneous at the time of bet placement. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.
5.3 Live Betting
Live in-play betting is available on selected events. Odds on live betting markets are updated in real time and may change rapidly. hvaji accepts live bets subject to the platform confirming the bet before any subsequent odds change. In the event of a dispute regarding live bet acceptance timing, hvaji's records shall be the final authority.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hvaji platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Prohibited activities include:
- Creating more than one account on the platform, or assisting another person to do so.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain — any winnings from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using funds of unlawful origin to make deposits on the platform (money laundering).
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
7. Responsible Gaming
7.1 Player Protection Tools
hvaji provides responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings after login. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, and loss limits. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to keep gaming within their personal budget and time preferences. hvaji is strictly for players aged 21 and above, and this commitment is enforced at registration and throughout the account lifecycle.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gaming activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period by contacting hvaji support. During a self-exclusion period the account will be suspended and the player will be prevented from logging in or making deposits. hvaji will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee prevention of access via alternative methods outside the platform's direct control. 8. Limitation of Liability
hvaji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hvaji disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. hvaji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall hvaji, its operators, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. hvaji's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Amendments to These Terms
hvaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hvaji will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account or via a notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the hvaji platform after any amendments to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
